Return Policy
At Bath Berri, we take pride in offering products tailored to your skin, health, and lifestyle needs.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team at bathberri@outlook.com within 15 days of your purchase, and we will gladly assist you.
Please note the following return policy:
-All returns must be initiated via email and received at our facility within two weeks of issuing the return label.
- In the event of loss or damage after the package is handed over to the freight carrier, please reach out directly to the carrier for assistance.
Products not purchased directly through Bath Berri are not eligible for return. However, for any inquiries, please email us at bathberri@outlook.com and we'll be happy to help.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is unused.
Steps to Return
1. EMAIL SUPPORT
2. COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM
Label and questionnaire will be sent to the email used on order details.
3. PACK YOUR RETURN
Ensure the products are securely packed and the return form is enclosed. Attach the prepaid return label to the box and ship it back through the listed carrier. We must receive the return at our facility within 2 weeks of the email containing the return label. Failure to do so may result in refusal of a refund altogether.
