We’ve all spent a small fortune on serums and moisturizers, but lately, I’ve been focusing on what I’m putting in my body as much as what I’m putting on it. If you want that lit-from-within glow, you have to feed your skin the right foods to help feed these skin loving nutrients into your body.
My current obsession right now is this Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding. It’s creamy, tart, and packed with everything your skin needs to look bouncy and bright.
Why Your Skin Loves This:
• Raspberries: These little gems are loaded with Vitamin C and antioxidants. They help fight off oxidative stress (the stuff that causes premature aging) and keep your collagen production high.
• Chia Seeds: The ultimate plant-based source of Omega-3 fatty acids. These are essential for maintaining the skin’s moisture barrier—think of them as an internal moisturizer.
• Local Honey: A natural humectant with antibacterial properties. Plus, using local honey is a great way to support local small businesses!
• Protein: Not only does it benefit your skin but it's also protein packed making it the perfect snack post workout
The Recipe
